I haven't found too many people my age that frequent Abacus, but if one craves unfailingly great food and exceptional service at the end of a chaotic day, one would be hard-pressed to find much better fare that this Dallas staple. Executive Sous Chef Jermaine Brown prepares the sensational dinners that keep Dallas foodies returning, and the expert staff tirelessly impress an experienced, demanding clientele.
My advice: in these unsettling, penny-pinching times, save on groceries and buy the nine-dollar wine, but don't cut out the night where you're the servee instead of the server - it's definitely worth the splurge!
