I just came across this article on Dwell's blog. A collaboration between Urban Re:Vision and Central Dallas Community Development will turn a downtown city block into a sustainable building and urban design. Portuguese team Atelier Data & MOOV won the project. The winning project called "Forwarding Dallas" will include:

Exhibition space
Daycare
Prefabricated green exterior structure (mimic hills and valleys)
Public greenhouses
Wind turbines on the roof
Photovoltaics
Rain catchment systems
