For those who follow the blog and writings of Scott Schuman, "The Sartorialist", hopefully you have been in attendance at his recent book signings in a tour across America. Last week I saw him at a Dallas Barnes and Noble. After a Q&A session, he graciously spoke with readers and followers of his work.
Schuman has been involved in the fashion industry for over 15 years. After 9/11 he closed his showroom, where he conducted sales and press business, to focus on photography. Hoping to blend his love of both fashion and photography, he wanted to share images of what he considers what "really cool" people are wearing with how designers see them.
His blog The Sartorialist has grown immensely as Schuman now writes for style.com and GQ. As his work has become increasingly popular, he has published an anthology of his favorite shots. I suggest flagging your favorites as well, this is definately a page turner.
