California Dreaming

This past weekend, I made a quick to trip to LA to visit some family and friends. I had not been since high school so I was ready to explore the city. I must say a big part of me fell in love with you West Side. Here are some highlights of great places to stop by when you are in the area.

Slow and American Vintage on Melrose, for vintage and designer fashions ( I picked up a Mohican inspired shirt dress from Slow and 70's shades from A.V)

Chaya in Venice for Japanese and French inspired cuisine. I had a chocolate bread pudding that was to die for.

Farmers Market in Venice for a morning crepe that will leave you wanting more. I got the California; strawberries, banana, and nutella spread. Take a quick trip around the booths for fresh produce, breakfast, spices, and even apparel. For a minute I felt like I was in Europe again.
