Add a Little Zing to your Step: Chevron Pattern Floors

One of my favorite patterns in the world is the chevron pattern! It's structured and architectural, but still has just enough movement to keep it interesting. With a nod to Charlie Brown, it just makes me feel happy. I love working this pattern into architectural finishes like flooring, and even tiles. But, right now, I'm passionate about the floors! 

The old herringbone floors from way-back-when are beautiful, too! But, I love the approach of a nice clean modern chevron to offer a departure from the standard wood plank format. It's warm and textural, yet still polished looking.
