I'm leaving for my self proclaimed "Spring Break" on Friday. I will be heading for Europe for a much welcomed vacation & am doing my best to get mentally prepared. So as visions of vespas, olive oil drizzled ciabatta, and ego-stroking cat calls are currently dancing in my head- it may come as no surprise that my shopping feature comes inspired from "The Motherland."
I bumped into Donald Fowler (buyer for Stanley Korshak Home) the other week at Pottery Barn & he was buying these juice glasses in lieu of wine glasses for a dinner party. What a effortlessly chic way to set the table. Bravo! Especially with the price tag- $1.75 each! That means you can have a set of 12 for $21. Welcome back to 1932.

I've been thinking about them ever since & I know that I will soon have to stop to take some home for my next hosted dinner party. However, the next one I attend will be as pictured below in hillside of Florence. You know, because I'll be in Italy.... I did mention that I am going to Italy, didn't I?
